I began practicing Yoga with P90X several years ago.  After a while I thought I should attend a Yoga class to see if I was actually doing anything correctly.  At this time I was strictly doing Yoga for the physical benefits by myself in my basement.  I went online to find a class near my home.  Low and behold I discovered Leigh Brennan and her studio in Granville.  

I finally worked up the nerve to attend a class and I had no idea what to expect.  I figured I would be the only male in a room full of female Yoga experts.  What I actually learned was that there are no experts.  I was made to feel comfortable and was very happy I decided to attend.  

Eventually the studio changed hands and became what we all know and love as Breathe Yoga.  As time goes on in my practice I have learned that the mental side of Yoga is as beneficial to a person as the physical side.   I have worked to deepen my practice and learn all I can about this thing called Yoga.  

I have changed my diet, I have changed the way I look at things and I have changed my outlook on life in general.  I attribute these changes to my Yoga practice.  My goal with taking the Yoga Teacher Training is to go even deeper into my practice.  At this point I feel I’ve only scratched the surface.
